Changing over from LastPass
Changing from LastPass to 1Password has been like night and day. 1Password is more responsive, has a cleaner UI, and just simply works better, not to mention 1Password gave me a discount due to my recent auto-renewal with LastPass. Wish I had changed sooner.

Absolute Top Quality Tech Support
I jumped in to my support request expecting top-notch help, and that's exactly what I got. What I wasn't expecting — which was a pleasant surprise — was detailed instructions complete with screenshots. I went from, "OMG! I can't use 1Password on my new Mac" to everything working perfectly in less than 24 hours.

Excellent Customer Service
The product is great, really intuitive and easy to use, cool features. What really impressed me recently is the customer service - everyone I spoke to was friendly, efficient, and helpful. They got back to me quickly, addressed my concern and kept up communication till the issue was resolved. Best password manager on the market
The customer care team made my switch from the faulty LastPass to the modern 1Password a breeze, to say the least. Their responses have been fast, kind, and very constructive. Furthermore, the ability to receive a discount based on my ongoing invoice with LastPass made the decision to switch a no brainer, when taking into consideration how much safer 1Password is + the better UX of the app, which really makes it a pleasure to use.
