Email customer support works!
Though the only option is by email - no phones - the 1Password customer support was great, making sure I had completed all the tasks I needed to do to set up a new account, migrate the information, delete the old account and then set up billing for the new account. Very helpful!

Awesome support
I was having a problem while using the inline 1password option in Safari. I reached out to support after trying many things by my self and they were awesome to find put the problem and providing step by step options to solve it.

1Password switch from LastPass
I just switched to 1Password from LastPass due to their security breaches, and found out that 1Password offers a refund of the unused part of my LastPass annual fee. Their service to date has been great.

Helpful, real people
I liked that I didn't just get a boilerplate email reply to my issue. With most tech support experiences you have to get through the database of replies for things that have already been tried before you get to a person who can actually check the thing you are asking about. The 1Password support techs asked a few questions that were actually relevant to what I wrote in my support request and then fixed the issue.

1 Password. One of the best Password manager
1 Password as a product is one of the best in the market. This is well known. The support behind it is equally top tier. Polite, quick to respond and very effective.

Great support and customer experience
While being between countries, I needed to switch banks too. The team of 1Password helped me through, being patient with postponed yearly payment, and even offered me a bridging period. Very friendly, to the point communication. Never had such an experience with another company before. Great!
