Responsive & Courteous
Reasonably responsive replies to my support requests. Being able to find an alternative to import my passwords. Although, while I realize the integration to securely import from LastPass is out of 1Passwords hands, I'm glad the CSV file system still works. Now, just need to make sure that file gets securely deleted. Thanks for the help.

Up to a great start with 1Password
Up to a great start with 1Password. I switched recently to their service as part of the recent exodus from certain other password manager. Set up was simple enough and the security measures seem great. I also had the chance to chat with their support team recently, they were very helpful and friendly. So far a great experience

Great service from Billing Support (Yasmina)
1Password is trusted by my organisation so I undertook to use it myself for around the last year or so. Recently upgrading to Family, I engaged the services of 1PW Support. Excellent same-day service from Yasmina, who got things sorted quickly and diligently, and with a nice friendly manner. Thanks!
