Very Helpful Staff
The technical expertise of the staff is excellent. I've had my share of issues with 1Password software and all the reps have successfully helped me to resolve problems. My only complaint is the email exchanges take time (typically a day in my experience), so if one experiences a problem it is not resolved immediately. This can be frustrating if you are having problems accessing websites via 1Password that you really need to access---e.g., one's online banking.

Be patient for your reply.
It worked very well on my laptop, but as soon as i upgraded to families it is faulty on my wifes laptop. I have explained the issue in depth, via emails, and on their own help form 4 times. I requested they did not take my money (as I was in a trial period) as it does not function on my wifes laptop, but it was to late to stop that. My wife no longer wants it so have removed from her laptop, not that she visits many sites. I have been issued with a refund just a little short of what I paid, ...

Impressive
I switched to 1passport after a data theft with Lastpass. The 1 passport apps are easy to use and efficient. Customer service is quick, personal and accurate. So far so good. I am impressed.
