Pretty good for $2/mo!
They responded quickly, for a personal product, and they did so transparently - the product has warts, as all do, and they didn't pretend the warts don't exist, they just helped me work around them.

1Password is the best all around…
1Password is the best all around password manager. I've used several but 1Password syncs with computer and mobile devices and does it well. It hasn't been hacked to date that I know of. The family plan allows sharing between family members and the price is not too expensive. I recommend it to most of my clients.

After the last LastPass breach
After the last LastPass breach, I had it with their security issues. I chose 1Password as an alternative and it turns out that the user interface and overall experience are better. Their support team is responsive and friendly. So far, so good
