"Great Password Manager, Easy to Use"
What do you like best about 1Password? Easy to use, update and add passwords. Browser plugin makes accessing passwords easy, mobile app works great. Multiple options for generating secure passwords for sites I use and other purposes.

Zack went above and beyond!
The customer support agent took the time to see what could be done for a loyal customer when there were no discounts available. When he reviewed my account and saw the account history he went to his management team to see what they could do given my past loyalty history and the competing offers in the market . Consistent, Kind, and Helpful
Needed to adjust my account to connect it with eero plus. Sent an email to 1Password, and everything went so smoothly I didn’t even notice the process. It’s nice these days to get something done without putting in loads of time and effort. Been with 1Password forever and they are always super nice and helpful when needed. Keep it up!

It was so refreshing... grateful they stuck with me...
I was very hesitant to expose all of my personal information to 1Password and was also on the defensive. I was expecting them to push me to buy their products just to get a sale. Every one of the 1Password Support team members was very informative, personable, helpful, and patient with all my questions. Great Product with Superb Customer Support
After the most recent security breach of Lastpass, my University stopped recommending it and I decided to switch password managers. I took advantage of the free trial of 1Password to see how it worked.
