Great customer service!
Kristen contacted me about getting credit for switching from LastPass. Even though it was just an email, she truly made me feel welcomed. It wasn’t “form letter” sounding. Although I just changed over, I’m loving the personal touch I’ve experienced. Thanks, Kristen!

Nothing beats the workflow that 1Password offers
I liked 1Password and chose it. Later for work I tried Bitwarden and LastPass. I can tell you... nothing beats the workflow that 1Password offers. This is the best choice for people that want ease of use AND enjoy all the features a modern password manager has to offer. I have been very satisfied for three years already.

1Password is a GREAT password manager
After trying a number of alternatives I have used 1Password on all my devices for the past few years - the product was great when I first started using it and has only got better as time passed. A really solid security model and all the features you might need (and probably a few more!) in this best of breed application.

The support team at 1Password
The support team at 1Password made signing up for my new account really easy. They were great at answering all my questions...quickly and efficiently. 1Password has always been the only password manager to use in my mind...and the help from the support team only confirmed this.

1Password has been a livesaver
1Password has been a livesaver - it has simplified our lives in the past four years and I feel good knowing that our passwords are all distinct, difficult to crack, and safe. I recommend it to all my clients, friends, and have converted some of my family.
