1Password is consistent and reliable
1Password has always been a consistent app regardless of the browser, OS or device I use. This has been particularly important for me in the IT field as I tend to be cross platform and on many devices. 1Password has also been great about adding features that matter or make a real usability upgrade for the user. I'm also proud of the organization's security record over the years.

1Password Support Is Great
I have used Lastpass for many years but decided to move to 1Password. When I attempted to import my existing password data the 1Password app returned a “failed to import” message. I contacted 1Password support by email and within one day I was sent a reply with what to try to get the import to work. The suggestion worked on the first try. Very satisfied with the support.

The best password manager, period.
I’ve used 1Password for years and recommend it to everyone I know. First and foremost, I feel safe storing my data with them. Their transparency regarding how they secure customer data is a key part of this. Secondly, they are always iterating on the user experience. 1Password is my favorite password manager that I’ve used, and I’ve tried quite a few. I can’t imagine using another.

Useful and removes the stress of keeping passwords secure
I've been using 1Password for about 2 years. I really appreciate this app to keep all my work and personal passwords secure. Upgrades are thoughtful and useful. I like the gentle prompts to create passwords that are more secure. This removes the stress of trying to remember passwords, and integration with web browsers is also helpful. I use this app several times a day!
