1Password is undoubtedly the most important app on my computers and iPhones. It’s hard to overstate the peace-of-mind that comes from knowing that all of your passwords are securely encrypted (it sure beats keeping them unencrypted in a spreadsheet!). Best customer support experience in a long time

You'd expect a company as large as 1Password to take ages to respond to support enquiries and provide mostly unhelpful answers. Au contraire, 1Password's CS team is as good as the product itself, helped me resolve a tricky situation in no time. Great service. Thank you folks.

Very helpful support team

I made a very silly mistake and their support team sorted it out very quickly and were clear in answering all of my questions.

1Password offers everything I expect from a password manager. I can easily use it on all of my devices, save and share passwords securely and I´m able to use passwords that are too long and complex to remember without storing them somewhere. And I can recommed that this "somewhere" could be 1password. I appreciated the quick response and several different versions of what I might be doing wrong. I still occasionally have some confusion when sinking deep into a website that has levels of log-ins.

I had a very difficult time…

I had a very difficult time transitioning from our family account to an individual account. In the process I interfaced with multiple of your support personnel and I made a real pest of myself. They were all very tolerant but Laura stood out above all and actually solved my self inflicted problem. It's no excuse but I'm 89 years old and need some extra guidance! I am very grateful to Laura for solving my problem.

Product Support Help

Reached out to support for some help and was answered quickly and the instructions vere very concise and easy to do. This is the first time I have contacted them, having been a 1Password user for many years and I am very pleased with the prompt and easy to understand help! I LOVE 1Password, it is on my computer and tablet and so very easy to use and I don't have to keep it all in my head! Buy it, you will love it too!

I still remember the first time a friend showed me how this worked back in like... 2011. It took me multiple years to get on board, thinking my own stupid system was sufficient.
