The way my issue was so well handled & every effort was made not to lose a customer due to lack of computer skills
The way my issue was so personally,professionally,patiently & efficiently handled by Laura Rooke. She kept in mind my basic skills & realised I needed more than the usual assistance. My issue was complex but Laura persisted & was determined & committed to solving the problem & this has been accomplished
