No regrets
Switched over from LastPass a couple of months ago after getting fed up with their continuous security breach shenanigans. After some small hiccups in the transfer process, 1Password has been smooth sailing, and I have not looked back. The interface is a bit cleaner, the UX on android easily on par, and the UX on windows much smoother. Recommend.

Absolutely perfect
Absolutely perfect! 1Password is exactly what I really need. When I need to enter a password, I just tap the 1Password icon that pops up and the username and password are entered instantly via facial recognition. I use very secure passwords without having to remember them.

I used LastPass for several months.
I used LastPass for several years. I had a problem and tried unsuccessfully to get help. I wasn’t able to reach a person to resolve my problem. I researched password management programs and 1Password was always rated highly. I began using 1Password and had a few questions. I contacted the help function and immediately receive a response. I have been pleased with 1Password and highly recommend it.

Time
I was able to get rid of little books that held lots of passwords, trying to find passwords, constantly changing passwords. Time is valuable and I spend much less time signing into sites.

Positive Customer Support Experience
I recently contacted Customer Support when I noticed issues with the 1Password browser integration. I got a quick response with suggested solutions. Shortly thereafter, I got another email advising the issue had been resolved along with full instructions on how to confirm. Very impressed with the timeliness and quality of customer support
