Been a last pass user for more than a decade, but recent issues with my password and its security prompted me to look around. I was concerned about the level of effort to move to a new product, but 1password made it seamless and simple to import a decade worth of passwords and form fill data. And the icing on the cake is that 1password functionally works better than lastpass across all my devices. 1password highly recommended particularly if you are on lastpass or another product.

Leader in Password Security for a Reason

Transitioning from another password manager was painless, having my vault completely moved over in a matter of minutes. Support was prompt in replying and clearly understood my request. The desktop and mobile experiences are clean and to the point without any unnecessary clutter.

Problem with password on a litle-used account

Responded promptly to my problem report. Gave several steps for better documenting the problem. In following them, I saw that the 1Password version was apparently out of date, so I updated it. Problem solved. (Blushing at such a dumb oversight, but in fact there's another account on the same computer, running the same version, and it was giving no problem.)
