Incredible customer obsession from the 1Password team. Fantastic application ecosystem and great customer support. I’ve been using other password managers for a long time and this is by far the best cross-platform password manager.

1Password Experience
I am very happy with the secure feeling of 1Password. As an elderly couple we share not only a more secure access but since we no longer have to keep track of so many passwords and logins is great! My only suggestion is for you to find a way to make it a little easier to learn the original set-up and uses of the APP.

So easy logging on to 1Password
So easy logging on to 1Password - I can then log onto any/all other places I need to get into, without having to remember dozens of different passwords for individual sites. As the name suggests - just one password to remember. Highly recommend.

Someone always responded and were…
Someone always responded and were extremely patient when advising them I was a very senior citizen and digitally challenged. They gave step by step instructions. When it didn’t work, they solicited additional info and provided easy to follow instructions. If contact person was apparently not available, others stepped in. My issue was finally fully resolved thanks to perseverance of staff over 5 or 6 days. There were delays possibly due to a difference in time zones

Best password manager ever
Best password manager ever, like really. Very affordable and feature rich unlike every other password manager out there. 1Password even offered me 50% off cuz i moved from Bitwarden Premium (i don't like bitwarden it's clunky 1Password is much better) i'm staying with 1password and don't see myself moving to another password manager in the future. I also loved the SSH thingy and the CLI intergration plus the git commit signing.
