I had fallen behind with 1password 7 and needed to migrate, of course, I was worried about my current data. I have found great support, very fast, and they have answered me as many times as I needed, always with a great level of detail and everything step by step. The truth is that it is really appreciated that they give you the attention you need and when you need it, I wish many other supports would take note. Thank you for your attention

Customer Service is pretty good

Customer Service is pretty good. They replied me so fast and they make sure if my problem is solved. I'm a Japanese and using this app in Japan. I wish I could contact them in Japanese because they sell their app in Japan, too.

Dumped LASTPASS. Only use 1PASSWORD.

I had been using LASTPASS for many years as my online password vault. Over the years I had to uninstall and reinstall LASTPASS due to bug issues. Than LASTPASS slowed down and it was difficult to get passwords inserted on logins, in a timely manner. I then tried 1PASSWORD. What a difference. Passwords were inserted quickly into my logins. Interface was modern looking and intuitive. My family and I deleted LASTPASS. Only use 1PASSWORD now. Great decision to change. Highly recommend 1PASSWORD.

I'd got into quite a serious problem and couldn't recover my account after a failed password change. 1Password support were very quick to respond and helped me every step of the way. They showed great patience and answered all my questions full and very clearly. First rate service and a really excellent product.
