Accessing 1Password on a new device

I have moved to another country where 1Password was not loading up as i was used to. The 1Password team answered my initial query immediaely and focused in on the problem with simple clear questions and replied back with suggestions which allowed me to quickly solve the issue and get 1Password operating as i was familiar with. I had an issue with the workflow around coupon codes on affiliate sites (hint: they aren't coupon codes, but affiliate links that have to be followed for the discount to apply. I used the "copy coupon" button and tried to paste it into the field for such discounts in the signup form I already had open. I've been using 1Password since the beginning. Since before "password managers" was a category. Every new release brings more functionality, more usability, and more peace of mind.

Safe, well featured and a superb interface

I've been using 1Password now for about 5 years and I tell everyone I know about it. I always tell them that I have more than 300 logins because many people I know use a notepad that is very scruffy and has many logins also. They know that they need to do something better but they are hesitant to go with anything that is on their computers. They think that a notepad is more secure.
