Excellent product that provides an innovate way to provide feedback
What do you like best? I like how simple and effective the UI is. It allows you to provide self-reflective feedback, as well as give kudos to others that have been able to support you in your work that week. What do you dislike? I dislike that I sometimes don't get my feedback in on time, and that it counts as being late feedback. Otherwise, I have completed 100% of my 15Fives. Great Performance Tracker!
What do you like best? I like that 15Five allows you to perform self evaluation weekly and track your progress. What do you dislike? Repetitive questions sometimes appear in weekly assessment What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows to write down the areas you're having difficulty with and at the same time plan out on how to approach them.

Introspective & Productive! Highly recommend!
What do you like best? I love that 15Five helps me take all my jumbled up thoughts and be able to list them out in my weekly evaluations. It really helps me plan for next week, month, etc. I love that it gives me about 15 minutes of introspection. It definitely has helped me improve my performance throughout working for IntelyCare. What do you like best? 15Five is amazing in providing a blue print for good management fundamentals necessary in every organization. A great tool to use - from an HR and employee perspective!
What do you like best? The company-wide questions are a great way to get insights from everyone! Additionally, they are customizable. Also, I really like the 1:1 functionality - useful for all types of meetings with a peer to mark down notes (either shared or private) as well as action items. 15Five helps to set realistic goals, and to develop discipline.
What do you like best? While it took a while to get to actual 15 minutes (and still takes a bit longer than that) to review week's work, now it's my main place for setting objectives, and communicating progress to my manager. I love the simple UX, which inspires to select few tasks to commit to, and it's helpful to see history of my progress in one uncluttered place (as opposed to digging through multiple JIRA tickets). Great product for helping managers and reports set clear goals and check in regularly!
What do you like best? I think the question sets across the product are great - they constantly challenge me to think about my performance, support I need and how to improve. Great for communicating with my superiors!
What do you like best? The fact that I can submit a question or a talking point for a 1 on 1 and nobody can see it except my reviewers. What do you dislike? It can be redundant. I answer the same questions every week. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication on high priority problems is simpler.
