What do you like best? 15Five allows you to add items to 1on1 topic items is an awesome feature to keep us aligned. I can quickly move from details I captured and want to discuss from one's 15Five submission to a 1on1 topic and then even into an Action Item, which is awesome. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very short, easy to use each week. We use the High Fives a lot and it's great to give/receive feedback continuously. Reminders are good to stay on track. What do you dislike? Simple & fun way to recognize accomplishments

What do you like best? I loved the option to plan a week ahead then use that the next week to see what was accomplished.
