Love this tool! It saves me so much time, and keeps me and those around me organized!

What do you like best? 15Five allows you to add items to 1on1 topic items is an awesome feature to keep us aligned. I can quickly move from details I captured and want to discuss from one's 15Five submission to a 1on1 topic and then even into an Action Item, which is awesome. What do you dislike? It was hard to change to a skip a week or bi-weekly model without the assistance of 15Five Support. They did solve it for me where the following week needed people to be set in vacation ...

Positive Reinforcement During Covid Times

What do you like best? The 15Five application gives me a real boost during a hard week of teaching virtually and in class. I enjoy receiving and giving 15Fives from/to administrators and peers. What do you dislike? Character limitations and hard to find users names. Recommendations to others considering the product: Emojis would be fun. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping on track was a major problem for me. ...

Manager of Strategic Accounts

What do you like best? I have spent 2 decades in a garden variety of uninspiring performance review programs, systems, goal trackers, weekly updates- whatever you want to call it. 15/5 is hands down the most efficient and complete system I have encountered (as an individual contributor, leader, or manager) for the work place. It allows you to track to established goals, communicate progress, and stay consistent in updates with simplicity inclusive of adding important comments. I also ...

Great tool, easy to use.

What do you like best? Very short, easy to use each week. We use the High Fives a lot and it's great to give/receive feedback continuously. Reminders are good to stay on track. What do you dislike? Not much to criticize, perhaps the ability to edit content after submitting it . Perhaps being able to mark off weekly goals as "partially complete". Recommendations to others considering the product: Ensure every team is using it for adoption by whole company. What ...

Love it!

What do you like best? It is very user friendly and can be tailored to fit any type of business needs. What do you dislike? Maybe having a comment section for the rating of the week to help the managers understand more of why the employees chose the number they did. Recommendations to others considering the product: This program gives a positive spin on how to get your employees engaged meanwhile keeping structure. The positive effect this has had on our company is ...

Simple & fun way to recognize accomplishments

What do you like best? I loved the option to plan a week ahead then use that the next week to see what was accomplished. It is easy to get caught up in time-sensitive tasks, but using 15/5 helped remind me of what past!me had promised myself I would get done. What do you dislike? The price point was a little expensive for what was offered. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a simple system to use and get easy recognition and feedback, but that is ...

A quick way to inject empathy into your working life

What do you like best? Having 15Five essentially allows us to constantly express gratitude and have honest conversations about things that matter. What do you dislike? The latest version of their interface didn't really add much to the user experience. It feels a little like they did such a good job on the core product that they're trying to figure out what to do next, and just changed the interface for something to do. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Continuous Improvement

What do you like best? It kept the communications alive. This has been a great way for our team to keep track of our to-do lists. Not only work related but anything under the sun that touches emotions and certainly improves collaboration and sharing of ideas. What do you dislike? So far nothing has come into my mind. Probably adding some questions that has answer choices then getting a summary of results and what needs improvement. What problems are you solving with the ...
