What do you like best? I truly appreciate that we can use the tool on a week to week basis to address any issues. I also like the fact that I can use the app to add in my comments. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? 15Five has managed to help me whip my team into shape. For starters, unlike other solutions, it has an intuitive design and we haven't had any problem making the most out of it. Plus, it allows me to engage and provide continuous feedback to my team. What do you like best? Its a platform which help me to get connected with my mentors and also helps in giving feedback to my peers. What do you dislike? Helps focus 1:1 meetings and keep goals on track

What do you like best? Using 15Five helps me stay on top of my goals and gives me a place to keep notes throughout the week that I want to bring up to my manager for our 1:1s. I appreciate the reminders when a 15Five is due which helps me prioritize getting it done each week. The 15Five is a "hub" for my manager and me to discuss how things are going, what our concerns may be, what I'd like to do in future, how my goals change over time, and even tracks how I'm feeling about work. Convenient Performance evaluation tool

What do you like best? I love how it helps me keep track of my progress and I don't have to wait until the year end to remember all my great work. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of. Every week there are new questions that are not repetitive and keeps me engaged. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My manager can immediately address issues that are pending and I do not have to wait for a meeting to address the issues.

A great way to connect with teammates!

What do you like best? 15Five is an excellent way to keep myself and my teammates on track, as well is connecting with my boss. It's easy to lose track of priorities, but I can always reference 15Five to look back on. It's also great for keeping track of my accomplishments for me to look back on throughout each quarter or the year. Great for managing my week / prioritizing

What do you like best? I like the ability to add tasks throughout the week. I've tried asana, wunderlist, trello, and a few other products but that all seems like overkill. I like that 15Five is simple and that it's a new submission every week with due dates. Keeps me coming back every week to update my priorities. What do you dislike? Great way to stay connected and on task

What do you like best? As a remote employee, 15Five helps me and my manager stay on the same page and regularly check in. It also creates a space for us to log questions and comments for our one on one meetings to discuss at a later time. What do you dislike? It takes time and commitment to get it done. What do you like best? Ease of use, simple and no unnecessary folderol. It might look a little confusing at first, but once mastered, it is a great, powerful tool. What do you dislike? I do not dislike the tool itself, however, it offers sometimes too many functions for over-enthusiastic HR teams. Reviews up and down might be great, but not if you have to do it every other month. Extremely helpful software

What do you like best? My favorite thing about 15Five is the simple question it asks in your weekly reflection: "How did you feel this week?" You give yourself a score from 1 to 5. I have found this to be so much more powerful than my manager asking me how I'm feeling. The number makes it more objective and putting it in writing is less nerve-racking than saying it out loud.
