I personally love the tool to keep myself organized and also have that trace-ability to my Manager

I like that 15five gives me a platform to talk about my week, although it lacks search functionality
What do you like best? I love the input UI. It's intuitive and fun and makes me feel like I can write candidly. What do you dislike? You really need a search function! If you have one already, the UI element that engages it doesn't readily or apparently appear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A great tool for connecting with your team.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? 15Five is a great tool to use in a team setting. My teammates and I use it to keep each other accountable, as well as to report directly to our boss. We use it not just for communication, but for tracking our tasks as well. Not to mention, we get to send kudos (through high fives) to each other--this really keeps the morale high in the team. Helps me keep track of my tasks.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? 15Five helps me be more accountable for the projects that I'm working on. Its messages and notifications are great for reminding me about tasks that I would forget about otherwise. What do you like best? The fact that it gives suggestions and not all answers are mandatory. It is time saving. What do you dislike? I have not found any issue with the program/application What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are time management and goal-focused efficiency. Excellent tool to keep in touch with your team!
What do you like best? 15Five helps you easily stay in touch with your team, especially when working remotely! What do you dislike? If you don't manage your questions well, things can become repetitive for your team and even for yourself. This is not a problem with the platform itself, but its users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote communication can be tough, 15Five helps me stay in touch with my team!

What do you like best? The ability to, on a bi-weekly basis, share the ups and downs of what I'm currently working on with my boss and other managers.
