What do you like best? The collaboration the tool offers, and the ease of use What do you dislike? Outlook calendar integration is not yet established (but I know this is being developed). Fact that we cannot change the pulse to "monthly" to match our cadence we have established What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nothing major yet. we have just rolled it out to our teams.

Easy to use and make large cultural impacts!
What do you like best? I have a way to directly communicate with my manager in an efficient and recorded way. The "High-five" feature gives us a great way to recognize our colleagues in other departments that go above and beyond. The questions on each weekly survey can be changed and updated to be the most timely and relevant to our team which is a good way to level-set with employees. What do you like best? 15Five has helped our company with overall transparency and growth, as each employee is able to login and easily see our company goals (OKRs) and the progress being made on them. I am able to bring the objectives for the next fiscal quarter in a well organised list.
What do you like best? The 1-1 meetings and reviews can be customised to the needs of an organisation or individual. Specific objectives can be shared to the team or the organisation or specific individuals, which has the effect to show your work to the people needed. What do you like best? It's great to have a place where I can organize and document my weekly goals. Its user friendly and encourage team development and openess
What do you like best? Its able to combine the 1 on 1 note takings , section for focus and objective trucking. Employees are able to initiate 1 on 1, they are able to recommend and appreciate good performance. What do you dislike? The questions of how you are feeling. I personally love the tool to keep myself organized and also have that trace-ability to my Manager
