Good tool for staying on task in your business
What do you like best? I like the ability to manage your weekly attention and review system. The biggest upsides include the ability to see my weekly and quarterly goals, and keep notes from my one-to-one meetings that may have gone unrealized in the past. What do you dislike? I dislike the guilt that it makes me feel if a goal is not accomplished. I also which that the product/service allowed me to link to my google calendar for meetings Recommendations to others considering ...

15Five enables communication and collaboration as well as visibility throughout the team
What do you like best? My favorite part of the 15Five is the "1:1 Talking Points". Being a 'list maker', this REALLY helps me be able to jot down a 'talking point' when it comes to my head and to continue to build on that list up until my scheduled 1:1. I also like that I'm notified (and my Manager is notified) when edits are made so we don't 'duplicate' talking points (which has the potential to happen a LOT!). One of the really cool aspects of the "1:1 Talking Points" is that it has an ...

15 Five's ability to streamline priorities and peer feedback
What do you like best? The visibility into what's happening at my organization. I can see the goals, objectives, and daily tasks of my co-workers in various departments. I often scan my peers OKRS and the High Five section. High Fives are a great way to enforce positive reinforcement. I also like the weekly reminders when a due date is approaching and/or I've reached a due date. It helps me stay on track and hold myself accountable for sharing my updates with the rest of the team. ...
