Using 15Five helps me communicate with my manager in a productive and efficient manner!
What do you like best? I like being able to outline my priorities, confirm what I have accomplished and ask for support when needed. What do you dislike? I would like a tool that summarizes all of the ideas and proposals I'm suggesting so that they're in one place where I can easily come back and review. Good intention, but eventually became formality in my company
What do you like best? The best part I think 15five has is that it gives us a way to express our feeling and make comments about a certain range of things. What do you dislike? There are 2 things that I don't like about 15five. 1. What do you like best? I like the framework of the tool. UI is also friendly. What do you dislike? I don"t like the fixed weekly sprints. I don"t like the fact I have to submit my 15Fives end of Sunday ! I would like to choose the length of my sprints: when they start, when they stop. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like that 15Five allows me to track my own progress. I can reflect on what I worked on that week and specify any challenges or wins I had. Listing my wins - it's a great thing to know the little things that can make your week positive. It also gives me an opportunity to uplift my coworkers. What do you dislike? Easy to use!
What do you like best? I like being able to easily connect with others by sending a quick compliment or thank you their way. What do you dislike? I find it unnecessary to input my priorities every 2 weeks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of items discussed in one-on-ones with my boss has streamlined our conversations and allowed us to quickly and effectively document our meetings.

Comprehensive, helpful, timely tool
What do you like best? 15Five allows me to track my priorities and weekly tasks in one place; to see how my weekly tasks feed into my longer-term objectives, all while keeping my manager in the loop.
