What do you like best? 15Five is useful in terms of adding structure to a regular 1:1 employee review, but the objectives module - that enables you to create objectives and metrics-based KPIs AND align them with full-company objectives - makes it more useful than other products. Recognising amazing work across the company is easy during lockdown with 15Five and drives morale

What do you like best? My absolute favourite aspect of the platform is the High5 section. We love this and use this to drive recognition and during lockdown this really helps with team morale. It’s difficult to know what everyone is doing during this period so it’s amazing to have a platform where we can recognise our colleagues publicly. What do you like best? It is a great weekly performance management system that allows you to stay in touch with your manager and managers to their direct reports on a weekly basis. An extremely powerful performance tracking system.

What do you like best? First I almost never recommend a product. This is the first product in a long time that I felt compelled to share with my friends. 15Five was introduced to my company and I've found it incredibly simple and helpful to track my team. I love the framework for 1 on 1s, OKRs, and especially the Hive 5s. The High 5s alone are worth the process because it has supported a strong ethic within our company to appreciate our teammates. Very simple tool with a great UI, and it continues to improve!

What do you like best? 15five provides visibility on what matters most within your team or organization. I love its user-friendly UI and its ability to praise individuals on a regular basis. After 1 year of using it, its really helped my leadership understand what the overall pulse of our CRM program on a weekly cadence. What do you dislike? I wish it had a bit more reporting features. What do you like best? The ease of use and simplicatity of the overall product. I also like the ability of managers able to customize questions for their reports. What do you dislike? Nothing to note. I enjoy how simple this product is, since most systems try and over complicate it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it for weekly check ins as well as for 1-1s with our managers.

15five is a ten!

What do you like best? Lightweight, insightful 1:1 tool for managers and employees. Love the 15five form and the High-five features. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. I would recommend to a colleague without hesitation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Especially helpful with remote workforce.
