Amazing tool!
What do you like best? How simple and user friendly it is while insightful What do you dislike? I think your instructions to use some sections or new sections on your app need some review. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a remote team. so we can measure teams satisfaction on a recurrent basis as well as progress and other aspects of team management that would be harder in a regular remote team.

What do you like best? It is very user friendly and can be tailored to fit any type of business needs. What do you dislike? Maybe having a comment section for the rating of the week to help the managers understand more of why the employees chose the number they did. Easy to use, great for self reflection and for checking in with managers
What do you like best? The high five system: recognising value of colleagues, inspiring positive morale and reflecting on good progression in our work. Makes the whole team very much feel like a team despite international scope. What do you dislike? My favorite time of the week is my time with my team.
What do you like best? One of my favorite things for using 15Five is giving my employees a voice when it comes to sharing ideas about the company or their own roles. Rarely recommend software, but I'm a 15Five fan
What do you like best? It's extremely user friendly and easy to adopt. 15Five was rolled out organically across our organization - we use the basic plan and not "Plus" because our company HR team has other tools, but within what we use it for, nearly our entire time use it on an ongoing basis. We've grown from using this as a small team rollout (~40 people) to now using it across 5 other departments that aren't run by me. What do you like best? It's intuitive and it works. 1-on-1s and weekly reviews are amazing. Also Goals and objectives section is quite powerful. What do you dislike?
