What do you like best? As an employee who's manager sets them a 15Five review every week, it's great to take a moment to reflect on the week. Love being able to promote internal wins as well through high fives. What do you dislike? The reviews are a little stagnant. 15Five does a great job integrating to the natural workflow with feedback and objectives.
What do you like best? How well the flow is integrated. I can catch things in a 15Five, ask follow up questions and then mark to follow them up in a 1-1 session. If that then leads to an action point I can keep track of it also. The high fives also gives a nice pulse ending the week in a positive way as the team submits their 15Fives. What do you dislike? Great Experience with 15Five!
What do you like best? 15Five has been a great way to give feedback to upper management and give/receive shoutouts for great work from other coworkers. What do you like best? HighFive when you send an appreciation to someone It is also a good way to check mood and updates from your team and also to give them feedback or know if they need some help.
