15Five does a great job integrating to the natural workflow with feedback and objectives.

What do you like best? How well the flow is integrated. I can catch things in a 15Five, ask follow up questions and then mark to follow them up in a 1-1 session. If that then leads to an action point I can keep track of it also. The high fives also gives a nice pulse ending the week in a positive way as the team submits their 15Fives. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how you can just list all your tasks, which help with organization and also let your boss know what you are working on. What do you dislike? What do you like best? 15Five has been a great way to give feedback to upper management and give/receive shoutouts for great work from other coworkers. It's easy to navigate and allows you to include your personal weekly objectives as well as target company objectives. What do you dislike?
