What do you like best? I love the High Fives feature because you can make a public recognition about the god job of your co-workers by tagging them. Also, it is easy to do performance reviews because, with simple steps, you can get an excellent performance review. What do you dislike? What do you like best? 15Five helps our keep managers and contributors connected with their top projects, accomplishments, challenges, and general sentiments on a weekly basis. The best part is how simple it is to complete. By far the best Performance Management tool I've ever used
What do you like best? The team at 15Five totally gets it. Their approach to Performance Management clearly values health and results over formalities. The interface is simple, elegant and intuitive. Powerful tool to make your life easier
What do you like best? 15-5 makes planning easy and transparent. Helps to stay focused on what is really needed, understand your part in the whole system, see what's going in the company fast, and increase your efficiency as a result. What do you dislike? Best performance mgmt platform
What do you like best? All dimensions of performace management (weekly check ins, OKRs, peer feedback, performance review. Built in best practices. Lightweight to use. Very fast adoption. Transparency, credit where credit is due
What do you like best? High fives. Getting credit for the work i am doing. Hard for people to create silos! Which is great. What do you dislike? During the yearly review, wasn't sure about confidentiality. Wasn't confident I could be honest about people with power. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting acknowledgement for the work i am doing. 15five is bad for people that just talk and dont do the work.

It gets the job done
What do you like best? Fairly easy to use. Large variety of questions, with the possibility to escalade it. What do you dislike? Objective / Key results are a bit fuzzy and not that easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Make manager / employee talks more fluids. Make it possible for top level management to have some feedback from the ground.
