An excellent program for tracking personal and team development!
What do you like best? I like that the streak feature keeps people motivated to respond each week (can't lose the streak, it's a competition!) and that users have the ability to make feedback either private or public as they see fit. What do you dislike? Kind of weird, but the warning you get on Thursday to fill out your feedback on Friday feels entirely superfluous. Aside from that, I see no major flaws to dislike. What do you like best? I like the ability to change which questions I ask my team each week. It can be based on current events in the organization, the world, or be something more broad or more specific depending on my needs as a manager. What do you like best? Keeps managers interacting with the employees they're managing and helps keep me focused on my tasks. What do you dislike? I wish that we could see coworkers reviews so we can see what they're working on and their work load so we can offer assistance if needed. What do you like best? The likes and been able to coordinate one on one What do you dislike? Is not that easy to use and once you get familiar is all good What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? sharing project progress and challenges with colleagues who have similar backgrounds, and who are available to offer some prompt help What do you dislike? Frequency of reporting progress seems too often. Bi-weekly will do for long term projects like epidemiological studies What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better than just reflecting on my work in private
What do you like best? I can easily share my reflections with my boss and am notified when he reviews them each week What do you dislike? I cannot customize how I view my data. What do you like best? The ability to "high-five" a teammate.
