I used to really like this site and it still offers a great selection. My problem is that I’ve been using the site for years and they seem to always be changing how to purchase images or image packages. It’s to the point now that it’s obvious greed that runs the show. Every time I need to purchase an image, the prices or the packages have changed and not for the good of the consumer. I had a terrible time downloading the…
I had a terrible time downloading the images I bought. Tried several times. Quit out of the program, restarted, and still no luck. Finally they downloaded. It was as though the message that I had paid took a long time to process within the program. There was no indication that that was what was going on, though.

Best virtual customer service
I was struggling with an issue and the support team through the chat box was amazing. I have never come across such a chat box! They were prompt and quick to respond and solved my issue within minutes. Absolutely amazing!!!!!Its hard to find good customer service this days. So when you find one it is very refreshing.

I started using your site thinking it…
I started using your site thinking it couldn’t get better… then I started getting whacked by over charging. Once I started using the app more, simple pictures I was charged not 1 credit but 6 fu*king credits. It happened over and over. Each time I tried getting simple pictures, they either asked me to pay more or they took 3-6 credits for basic pictures. Use at your own risk! Don’t use these guys. I know what I bought and the overcharging is still over charging. Again, go elsewhere for pictures.
