I have had this service for a number of years without a problem. This morning they decided it was ok for them to suspend my entire account and pull all my forms down off of the internet ads. In other words they just cost me thousands of AD dollars because there was no forms for the customers to put there information in. Excellent value for money, helped me to build my eLearning business from scratch

What do you like best? Superb features and an intuitive interface. Our students get to submit, Assessments, Exams and Reviews on our website. As much as I'd love to give 5 stars just for customer service alone, it wouldn't be entirely honest of me; you are here because you want to know what you're getting. After a year of ongoing hassles where customers visiting our site fill out a registration form only to get prompted that it is incomplete, so you roll back through the form and everything is truly complete, yet still won't go. So retype in some of those fields, again, and maybe it will go. Or you get to the end of the form and ...

WORK WITH THEM, you will have no regret

This company is fantastic. I work with them for about 10 years new. They always keep up with new standards for forms. They implement all the time new features while already offering pretty much all you can think of and need. There are always available to chat and always super helpful. Everyone is very professional, and solve any question you might have. Very easy to use platform. Not 1 single bad thing about it. Do work with them!

Beware of using 123Forms for confidential data, this site had been hacked exposing all form data

Fantastic service & customer support, even without being a paying customer

What do you like best? I am so used to free services' customer support being dismissive and uncaring. And really, I can't blame them most of the time. Whens the last time you ever got a hold of someone from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or whatever else? And if you did, did they actually help you in any way? Probably not. What do you like best? The is a great company with an outstanding customer service. They are always a chat away and you have real human beings answering, no difficulty in finding the chat itself or having a love person, unlike other companies.
