Easy to use, customisable and love the work it does for you!
What do you like best? The most helpful is the amount of different features there are and how much you can adapt that to your own services. We don't seem to be the perfect fit for using 10to8 however with the amount of flexibility we have made it work for us and the team seems keen to make updates, changes and support us in our 10to8 use. What do you dislike? Petty things like: When viewing all staff on all days I can't set the view to stay on "only staff working on this day" ...

Great scheduler for the best price!
I've been using 10to8 for over a year now with both my in person and virtual/online business and love it. Even on their cheapest option (much more affordable than the many competitors), I get a ton of features. Being able to customize different services to different locations, easy online booking by clients, auto reminders, and ability to link to my email manager are just some of the great features.

I have been using 10 to 8 for a number…
I have been using 10 to 8 for a number of years for sending out reminders in relation to my Driving School business. It has proved very useful in reducing no shows and missed appointments. In addition it is very popular with customers too.

Excellent scheduler
Excellent scheduler. Easy to book appointments and you can book them for months ahead. Some of our work orders are sent to us a month or two ahead. This way they are already in our scheduler and never forgotten.

A great appointment scheduling tool
A great appointment scheduling tool. We have been using it for around 6 months now, and reduced our no shows by around 50%. About the only thing that could be better would be the ability to run multiple companies under the one log in.

10to8 is a great booking site and it is my first choice above all others!! its easy to set up, simply customizable and pretty easy to navigate and update as and when its needed. However the reason i havent given it 5 stars is because i feel it would be great if 10to8 was to intergrate a discount code system where a code could be given to clients and they can apply the codes themselves as a pose to me having to do it myself. 1)because it lessen the work on my side of applying the codes ...
