I love the simple and intuitive interface.
I've been using the 10to8 platform for about 2 years now. I love the simple and intuitive interface. Easy to use and updated. Also really like that I can schedule a booking myself.

10to8 is perfect for my needs!
At first I just used 10to8 for free. And it worked great! But then I needed a few more "bells and whistles". So I did a little shopping around and realized that I was still in the right place at the best price. I now am using 10to8 through the "Grow" level plan and it works perfectly for me. No problems and it looks very professional on my website. I highly recommend it!

10to8 online diary saves me time and is very easy to use. On the rare occasion that I've some difficulty, the help desk resolves my issues quickly. Totally recommend using 10to8.

Extremely easy to use and friendly customer care team. This is the best app I've found for allowing myself and my customers to setup re-occurring appointments and the messaging feature is a perfect way to communicate rescheduling questions for specific dates.A huge thanks to 10to8.com for supporting small, struggling businesses!

Quite useful, reliable, and cost effective
I am using free version currently, which for the price paid deserves 5 stars - given that it allows appointment booking, email and SMS alerts (though non-customizable in free version), and update to a google calendar linked with 10to8 appointment calendar.The website/UI to manage the services seems of "information overload" variety. Once one is able to set it up and able to get used to it, it may become easier from then onwards.Earlier I was using the basic paid version, too.Haven't faced ...

10to8 is a great tool
10to8 is a great tool for my daily activities. User-friendly, easy from the start. I used the integration with Zoom and it worked out perfectly.My customers love it because they can pick their preferred slots whenever is more convenient to them and get a reminder. I avoid receiving tons of emails and just get the booking in the predefined time-slots.Great job! Going forward, it would be nice to have an app for smartphones.
