A very helpful product and company.
I connected with 10to8 as a trial participant for their interactive diary. My patients are delighted with the facility as being a one man band, it is often quite difficult to get hold of me in person to book or change an appointment. The system also gives them timely reminders and allows me to manage times that they can or can not book. Flexible and friendly online diary
I have been using 10to8 as a triallist for about four months. I am an osteopath and have found that the appointment confirmations sent out by 10to8 have reduced no-shows to almost zero. My patients also like the fact that if they need to change an appointment, they can do so online. Very good service and attitude to getting us started with excellent on going support.
The online booking system they introduced us to is very easy to use and has the benefit of text and email confirmation of appointments, which has dramatically reduced our no shows.

A dedicated company with great customer service.
I've just started using the remarkable 10to8 diary system, and I have communicated with the nascent 10to8 company a few times as the system develops. They appear to be very customer-orientated and to have their feet planted firmly on the ground. Which is always refreshing.

No shows are no more.
Since using 10to8 my no-show rate has dropped through the floor and I get far fewer phone calls from customers seeking reminders or wanting to change their appointments. It's also made us more co-ordinated as a group, we don't accidentally double book any more. New customers signing up online is just a bonus. 10to8 are are really friendly and were very helpful with the small issues we had setting things up.

Great for small businesses
I find 10to8 extremely useful for my business and don't know what I ever did without it. It simplifies and automates how customer book and communicate with me, freeing up my time for more important things. I was able to customise how bookings are made, what messages were sent and tailor it to my needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make their booking process more efficient. Only not 5-stars as there are some features I'd like which at the time of writing were not released.

I run a massage therapy business and 10to8 has given me my evenings back. Previously, I'd spend considerable time on the phone to clients, taking and arranging bookings or checking my unreliable clients would turn up. 10to8 now handles this for me. Thank you!

The 10 to 8 appointment Ap makes waiting for ages trying to get through to a busy receptionist a thing of the past.
With the 10 to 8 App, any kind of service where you need to make, change or cancel an appointment can be done rapidly with a few clicks on your mobile phone, Ipad or PC. The system is easy to set up and 10 to 8 offer a friendly and efficient service to help with any problems you might have. Much easier to use than other tools
I've had the opportunity to try various online booking tools, from restaurant reservation websites to freelancer scheduling apps, and I have to say that this is by far the easiest to use.There is a wealth of features, but nothing feels overwhelming as the interface is clean and intuitive.Happy to recommend :)
