What do you like best? The 10 to 8 calendar was easy to set up and use. A small thing but I appreciate the ability to access my calendar link and copy and paste it whenever I need it. What do you dislike? I had an issue with people being cancelled because I didn't have it set for automatic acceptance, but your support people helped me figure this out. Finally a booking system that saves us money!

What do you like best? Client confirmations and reminders really help to avoid missed appointments. As a small family plumbing business, we cannot afford to have clients 'forget' or run late. This platform provides another form of contact between clients and admin which potentially saves us money. What do you like best? As a solopreneur adding in this online booking system has definitely been a game changer. It takes care if all the reminders which are all customizable. What do you like best? Text reminders have improved clients showing up to my appointments and has helped significantly. What do you dislike? Unfortunately it does not have an iOS app, it only links to the link in Safari which is pretty disappointing. I hope they come out with a good app soon so I can edit appointments on the go. They give you everything you could need in the free package and don't put important features like SMS or integrations behind a paywall like most other services in their industry do.
