Perfect for my small business!!
What do you like best? easy to use, never had a problem with a client not receiving their reminder txt. What do you dislike? there is no nothing to not like. it's perfect for what I needed for! Consistent and transparent scheduling app
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how the app just seamlessly weaves my workflow, allowing me to schedule my meeting consistently, once you get the details done you’ll just get notified with your upcoming meetings. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I usually meet dozens of clients every month, but the app only provides a limited amount of bookings each month, I hope this gets resolved. Great scheduling tool
What do you like best? Both the ability to set times of availability and to remind callers in advance What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I would change, except allow for less than 24 hour ability to schedule Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a great scheduling tool, user friendly, and easy to maintain. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saved alot of time playing phone tag

Generally, my clients are able to sign-ups for appointments with ease.
What do you like best? Most helpful is the copy & paste hyperlink that I can include in emails to my clients. What do you dislike? I have found the calendar linking process cumbersome and mostly ineffective. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling my clients through 10to8 frees up valuable time that I can use on other key correspondence or projects.

Excellent service
What do you like best? Great that people can book themselves & very easy for us to add people in to the diary What do you dislike? It would be great to have functionality to send different emails without needing to upgrade. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made a big difference to those who can access our service remotely.

Great free option for student appointments
What do you like best? The various options (different appointment types, locations, rescheduling options, reminder emails, etc. make it easy for students to understand and use the tool.
