The only thing I would change is the wording, for the text message, on the free account.From - don't forgetTo "Remember your appointment"This way you are setting the client to remember!Words are very powerful to our brain.Other than that, I think it's wonderful.Thsnk you for providing s great service.

My clients really appreciate the reminders for their appointments and in turn I don’t experience problems with missed appointments. I would definitely recommend 10 - 8.
