Fan girl praise

I have been using 10to8 for the past year and am impressed by their commitment to continualy evolving and improving the app. The integration with my website and Google calendar were simple. My client have a great user experience. I can't believe how much I can do for free. I'm a total fan girl!

Needs a bit more functionality for seo…

Needs a bit more functionality for seo so page gets picked up by search engines. I also cant see reviews or have them posted when people leave reviews for my service. otherwise, great functionality. They have only crashed twice since I've been with them. This is super important when trying to schedule a client.

For appointments that happen where customers come to you, this is an excellent program.There is still room for improvement when it comes to mobile businesses and appointments where you are going to the customer.

Easy to use, excellent customer service, more report features please!

10to8 provides an easy to use calendar and booking process, with automated emails and reminders. It links to Zapier, which is great!In the last year they have brought on many new features which continually improve the user experience and options. In particular, the booking confirmation emails have become more customisable and the customer records more useful. Names of bookee on clear view

I have been a customer with 10to8 since they began. The diary and additional programs are great. They are very competitive on price. Sadly they are no longer supporting the version of the diary I use. As it doesn't show names in the booking, unless you reveal them, I can have the screen visible to my patients and clients. The new version doesn't give this option. I now have a GDPR dilemma. Up until then I would have awarded a 5*

Used to be better

Used to be better, but browser support on safari and chrome has been terrible recently. Can’t use at all on safari on iPad as menu doesn’t appear, on chrome desktop often search fields fail to populate options and on safari on iPhone it keep resetting date/time choices when entering appointments. Starting to lose patience and may change soon if no improvement.
