I use it because it is free
Great because it is free, but I wouldn't pay only because I am unable to book more than one service in one appointment. I have to either book several appointments and risk my clients receiving several reminders or change the timing and make a note of the services I am doing. It makes it hard to keep track of what services I am doing for yearly reports.

Very good but with some issues lately
It’s great when works well, unfortunately, I have had few issues with my notifications since December, when it was reported, but it has taken a while for the technical issue to be resolved. However, they have been keen to fix it quickly.

It’s a great program to ease the pain of booking appointments. The links with our website, options for different services, communication with clients and reminders for appointments all make 10 to 8 a great option for anyone wanting to scalable booking system.
