Discussions Terms

1. User-generated content
"Discussions Content" means questions, answers, comments, and votes you submit. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
2. Ownership & license
You retain ownership of your Discussions Content. You grant Spotsaas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
3. Curated & AI-assisted content
Some questions are curated by Spotsaas to help buyers and may appear under a community label. Answers provided by the Spotsaas team are informational only and are not endorsements, recommendations, or professional (legal, medical, tax, or financial) advice. Spotsaas is a software directory and may have commercial relationships with listed products. Reviews and ratings are governed separately and are never created on your behalf.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. Prohibited content includes spam, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading material, and impersonation.
5. Moderation & removal
We may edit, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion. We respond to valid intellectual-property (DMCA) and abuse reports; contact us to submit one.
6. Your data
Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your contributions as described there.
