E-commerce SaaS start-up Graas raises $40 million in first close of Series A
Growth-as-a-Service (Graas), an e-commerce SaaS provider, announced on August 17 that it had raised $40 million in the first close of its Series A round of financing.
In order to strengthen Graas’ go-to-market strategy in the region, a portion of the newly generated funds has already been used to buy 100% of D2C and data specialist Shoptimize Inc and Southeast Asia’s marketplace specialist SELLinALL. The founders of both businesses have joined the Graas board and will remain a part of the new organisation.
Graas is an all-in-one dashboard that allows sellers to monitor all business-related indicators, such as revenue, sales, stock inventories, customer feedback, and logistics.
“Graas’ mission is to eliminate data silos, speed up the time it takes for businesses to market, and develop a simplified, knowledgeable strategy for marketing, inventory, and content management that is all contained in a single dashboard.
