I appreciate the personalized service from my rep.
We are a small-medium sized company and work with all of the different job sites. I've just recently started using Ziprecruiter and would say that their service so far is among the most personalized and responsive I've encountered. My rep Louis Fang is extremely responsive and assisted me a with questions after a free trial. Zip Recruiter's YOU TUBE videos
Alec was absolutely GREAT in helping me setup our account. He answered all my questions completely. I especially love the feature of being able to look at Zip Recruiter's YouTube videos. Thank you Alec!! To Zip Recruiter - Alec is a keeper!!!

Outstanding platform and customer service, would use again!
Used ZipRecruiter for a very specific search in a narrow geographic radius. Was pleased with both the candidates I received and screened, as well as the customer service. (Hats off to Leah for her help!) Great platform, intuitive to use and would not hesitate to reco them in the future.
