Great Customer Service and Platform
Any time I had a question, the Chat Now window was there to provide me with an assistant ready to help. In terms of the platform, the desktop site was use friendly and well organized. As for the mobile site, I particularly enjoyed the ability to view applicants' resumes in a readily legible way. Since this is the core of an application, this was huge.
