Wirex where are You?

Hi Wirex (no)Team, I'm waiting still back amount due abandon transaction authorization from the Merchant occurred the 8/01/2022, but up to date : NOTHING! Digital means fast and transparency financial flows, but except for Wirex. In any case my ticket number assigned: (1085138) . After this publication i've received notification, to wait still 31 days the transaction to be 100% fails and then back money to me. At least some progress Didier

In March of 2021 Wirex blocked my account without reason and then closed my account in August of 2021 without explination. it took another 3 months for my tokens to be transfered from wirex to another account and i still have over 12k XLM missing that they have not transfered , the tokens that have been transfered i am unable to sell because i can not prove they came from wirex as my account is closed.
