ACCOUNT BLOCKED SCAM!!!
I have had my Wirex account for a while with no problems. However, over 5 months ago I made a transaction for £40,000 GBP, into BTC. My account was instantly frozen and I have been unable to access it since. I have sent multiple emails and received the same automated reply every time. I have tried calling multiple times and it's impossible to get an answer. There isnt actually a way to speak to a human at all. All the time issues after a period of good work
Last year there were some bugs but for now the app is working fine. I am really happy how smooth and fast everything the app is. I will now start to use my card more frequently. Update 5.9.2023 It is not a reliable partner. I thought they would start working properly now but I was wrong. They also do not respond to mails. Hopefully I do not have many funds left on my account. I can not pay anymore and they will not let me withdraw my cryptos.
