Wish we could give minus stars. Do not buy from these guys you will be out of pocket. Customer service is non existent, emails are fobbed off and when calling their system is down!! Yet they manage to check my identity.

Untrustworthy brand with appalling service

We purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad in January 2020, together with an extended next day onsite warranty ie. in the event of a fault repairs should be at your location. How I wish we had read these reviews before purchasing. Toward the end of the warranty period a number of keys stopped working, and one key jammed and came off. Notebook mit Service, Garantie und Docking Station bestellt.Die Rechnungen für Service und Garantie wurden abgebucht. Die Docking Station wurde geliefert und auch abgebucht.Vier Wochen später erhielten wir die Mitteilung, dass Digital-River die Bestellung storniert. Das Notebook wurde nie gliefert. Seither warten wir auf Rückholung der Docking Station und Erstattung aller abgebuchten Beträge (geht nun schon seit mehrt als 3 Monaten)

Don't TRUST them!

This weekend Lenovo were promoting a Valentine's offer of a free folio (case) with any tablet. Sounds like a deal so I ordered one. Thing is the promo code didn't take, so I ordered the tablet only and used their webform to request the folio. This resulted in an auto-response from a no-reply email address. Chat couldn't help and Phone didn't know about the promotion.

Awful

Awful. Please, anyone, who is reading this - so not buy from shops who use digital river as their distributor company. This company is known to be very bad in every aspect, especially in customer support. Tried to contact them numerous times and none of my requests has been answered. My order has been mistakenly sent to another address, and now instead of correctiong it they sent it back. Great. Not even a refund was fiven.

Why on god's earth any big business such as Motorola/Lenovo would even entertain getting into bed with these lying, cheating, fraudsters is beyond me.

Truly awful

Truly awful! These guys should not be associated with Lenovo - they are embarrassing!!! Customer service terrible and their ability to coordinate between sales and logistics is non-existant!
